The What Counts  website is managed by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the Urban Institute (together, the “Partners”). This privacy policy describes the Partners’ current policies and practices with regard to personal data collected by the Partners through the website, (the “Site”). This privacy policy is independent from the Partners’ separate online and offline personal data collection practices for organizational purposes.
